After lunch, I went to my dad’s shooting. He was asked to make a commercial about the overseas Filipino workers. I am not sure about the plot but I know that it has something to do with the importance of family values.
Anyway, one of the nice things about living in a compound is that you can rely on each other always and all ways. So part of the cast for the commercial was none other than Erika aka Loob. And her family. Yes, they even pulled her brother out of class today to participate in this 15-minute shoot. Must love the family support. :)
Their family had to pose for a series of family portraits. There is a concept behind this but I’m not too sure about it. Erika also had to play a woman scorned by life (she had to be sad and ‘cry’) AND a single mother. It was really fun to watch and document behind the scenes. Here are some pictures of me, Erika and her brother, Enrico, waiting for the crew to set up.

Notes:

About:

that's when i realized that words have wings;
they're kind of like birds but mostly like children,
whom you groom and raise.
you mold them and shape them well
and, like the sky that has no limits,
you hope that someday,
somebody will take them home,
call them their own;
that they will find a place to belong.
